Creating a salami rose is a fun way to elevate your charcuterie board or appetizer presentation. I have three different roses that I use on platters that are fun and easy to make.
Salami Rose #1 - you will need 8 to 10 slices of thinly sliced salami (any variety will do but I often use a mildly spiced calabrese) and a champagne flute. This rose is the easiest but just as pretty as the others.
Salami Rose #2 - you will need 10-15 slices of thinly sliced salami and a 2 ounce plastic container. This rose is simple as well but you do need to purchase the cups which are available on amazon.
Salami Rose #3 - you will need 10-15 slices of thinly sliced salami and a 2 ounce plastic container. This rose takes a little extra effort but is worth every second. It will really make a splash on your charcuterie board!
Create you own beautiful board or if you are in the San Diego area check out my menu for a full selection of charcuterie boards.
