MY STORY

Hi I am Liz Hughes, founder of Bougie and Brie. I am passionate about bringing you the most beautiful and delectable Charcuterie boxes in San Diego. My healthy lifestyle encourages me to use fresh ingredients with consideration to vegan and gluten free diets. After growing up in New York City and learning to cook by my mother's side, I graduated from the Hotel School at Cornell University in Ithaca. I have worked in corporate catering, managed my own food blog, recipe tested for Weber Grills, managed a Dream Dinners kitchen and discovered a love for clean and organic food at Urban Remedy. 

Bougie and Brie is a Micro Enterprise Home Kitchen Operation (MEHKO), is food safety certified, permitted and licensed. I produce a high quality experience for all of my customers with that touch of homemade you can only find in someone's personal and well loved kitchen. I can't wait to here from you.
